Goodbye solid food

For at least a week, that is.
If you have ever heard of or seen the documentary “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead” then you’ll know what I’m talking about. For 60 days an overweight Australian and a morbidly obese American dieted on nothing but juiced vegetables and fruits. They dramatically dropped weight and gained their health back.
Starting tomorrow I am taking the challenge, along with my boyfriend, Lee to see what improvements I can make to myself. I hope to clear up my skin, curb my allergies, get my energy back and just get healthier.
